This southern gal enjoys a good helping of banana pudding as much as the next person, and it thrilled me to learn that this recipe is easy to modify for my weight loss purposes.
The trick is to use fat free milk to prepare the pudding, which helps cut down on the fat of this recipe tremendously.
Layer big bowl with nilla wafers, and then banana slices.
Prepare the pudding according to the directions on the box and pour over the cookies and fruit.
Chill until set.

OH MY...I love this. What could even make this even MORE low calorie is to use the Jello Brand Sugar Free pudding. I SWEAR, you can't even tell it contains artificial sweetner. AND I HATE ARTIFICIAL SWEETNERS. Thanks, Ginger for the recipes!
