Five Cup Salad - aka Ambrosia

This is an old family favorite that is fruity and sweet without being too naughty.  If you use non fat sour cream, the only real source of fat is the coconut, which isn't too bad at that.

Couple that with it being insanely easy to prepare and you have a nice holiday addition.

1 cup manderin orange segments
1 cup pineapple tidbits
1 cup coconut flakes
1 cup marshmallows
1 cup fat free sour cream

Mix, chill and eat.
